To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這次來到這間泰式火鍋店,我和好朋友預約了一個坐位。店內音樂播放著柔和的泰國流行歌,營造出一種旅遊泰國的賞景氛圍。我們開始點試蔬菜和肉類配料。餐廳提供了豐富的選擇,不僅有常見的牛肉、豬等,也有少見的泰式美食和流水蝦等。蔬菜方面有油麥菜,、木耳、 菇、生菜等成束供應,新鮮程度令人滿意。我們共同惜選了一些熱門的配料,比如牛肉、羊肉、蝦。放入滾燙的湯底後,食材很快就煮熟了。這時我發現,湯頭很有特色, 是十分特別的喇沙湯底,起到完美的調味作用。品嚐時,每種食材的口感皆好,肉質嫩滑、蝦鮮甜,讓人不知不覺就吃了一碗又一碗。此外,店內還提供各式泰式飲品。令人欲罷不能。整體來說,這家泰式火鍋店的每一個環節都配搭得宜,由入場氛圍到食材新鮮程度、湯頭口感都讓人十分滿意。下次有機會一定再去食其他特色菜式。
