To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 引到我老遠入到黎元朗, 就係為左不斷被洗版既鮨文海膽杯。今次真係聞名不如見面。先睇一睇MENU, 見到OMAKASE 有幾個唔同價錢. 由6XX 至13XX 不等. 當中只有13XX 既包左海膽杯。看似好似孚貴, 但其實海膽杯既單價都要$350. 所以$13XX 既OMAKASE 其實都唔算太貴。不過我地選擇左散叫。MENU 其餘部份就係A LA CARTE 既MENU. MENU 入面大部份既ITEMS 都未必有. 因為店內只有當日新鮮食材,所以散叫時, 要問問STAFF 有咩食。其實本來都唔係一個大問題, 問題係STAFF 又唔係一次過講哂是日精選有D 乜, 問完一次, 又一次, 又一次 先可以叫哂所有野. 點解唔簡單D 將是日食材寫哂出黎?一目了然。 我地叫既野食唔太多, 先黎一人一個海膽杯.... 呢個海膽杯真係無得輸, 雖然佢比相像中細杯, 海膽好鮮甜, 好好食。海膽杯份量大約等同4至5 件壽司既海膽份量. 上面嗰隻蝦有時會係甜蝦, 有時會係牡丹蝦, 似乎當日食材而定。我地好好彩撞正牡丹蝦。真係好食到震。 大滿足!另外叫左三款壽司。灸左口魚邊,生北寄貝及帶子。三款都好好食,

呢個海膽杯真係無得輸, 雖然佢比相像中細杯, 海膽好鮮甜, 好好食。

最後叫左個鹽燒鰻魚. 事前有D誤會.... 呢款鰻魚可以揀一件/ 一條. 我地揀左一條
點知黎到就係咁... 點都唔似一條, SERVE既時候連STAFF 都改左口.... 我無出聲.. 但係有少少被誤導既感覺。
鰻魚成日都食汁燒, 呢度有得揀鹽燒, 都幾特別. 而家確實幾好食。
好似STAFF 介紹所講一樣,鹽燒個皮會脆D, 的而且確好脆呀, 又唔算好油膩。鰻魚肉好滑, 好新鮮, 真係好好食。

總括黎講, 今次朗屏之行係值得既。海膽杯真係無得頂。一次就夠.. 未必因為咁而番轉頭。
所有我地食既食材係好新鮮,但係我又唔覺得佢特別平。

Other Info. : 其實搭西鐵由中瑻入去朗屏都真係唔太耐, 只要衛出心理闗口, 唔好咁懶惰, 就有好多好野等住你食。
