To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前讀書就一直係附近搵野食, 讀書時期都試過唔少潮流伏野, 食得最安全一定係大集團,haha!!!所以今晚就去左食富臨╮(╯▽╰)╭  仲記得以前成日去飲茶😂起菜前叫左個白肺湯呢個白肺湯好好飲,好清甜, 仲要好多料!白肺洗得好乾淨, 一啲腥臭味都冇。 再叫左個蠔皇汁燴鮑魚食下先,鮑魚做得好入味, 本身鮑魚已經好香好鮮, 仲要燴得咁入味, 難以抵擋之後就order左以下3 味豉汁蒸白鱔鱔唔大條,但係蒸得好好食, 鱔本身好甜, 肉爽滑, 豉汁調配得好夾味, 十分好!脆皮豬手 我就最鐘意食脆口野, 富臨做呢隻脆豬手既皮十分香脆, 豬手肉又十分入味,肉質結實, 幾重口感確係正!好難得大集團有呢一種突破,無固步自封。 濃湯鮮竹浸皇帝苗 正常口味,味道上唔差的。 我將個重點放係size上面。 坦白說,去酒樓食菜唔係擔心個味道, 而係,菜咁平, 你唔會幾廿蚊比幾條我掛? 呢樣野先最令人卻步!但今日碟菜食到我地超滿足, 夠分量,滿足哂一纖維量啊!╮(╯▽╰)╭仲要再一提店長 許先生, 極佳服務!真心一讚, 呢一餐,比錢都比得特別開心!!!!

豉汁蒸白鱔
鱔唔大條,但係蒸得好好食, 鱔本身好甜, 肉爽滑, 豉汁調配得好夾味, 十分好!

脆皮豬手
我就最鐘意食脆口野, 富臨做呢隻脆豬手既皮十分香脆, 豬手肉又十分入味,肉質結實, 幾重口感確係正!
好難得大集團有呢一種突破,無固步自封。

濃湯鮮竹浸皇帝苗
正常口味,味道上唔差的。
