2015年開業至今仍然屹立不倒,連同行的日本菜廚師也追捧推崇的天婦羅/魚生刺身飯店,平日的午市座無虛設,還得預先訂座,究竟有什麼法寶?無他的,廚師用心,食材新鮮,用的炸漿脆且薄,只需加一點點岩鹽或檸檬汁,便把食物的鮮味帶出,又增添了香口的感覺,Omakase(廚師發板)共有15款炸物,有魚有菜還有鮑魚和帶子等,分配得宜,加上前菜、沙律、湯、飯和水果,真的十分豐富,食到後面我和朋友雖然己要求把飯量減半,但仍然沒辦法「清碗」,相信今晚也得skip dinner 了!
