我除左無牛不歡之外,對上海菜亦係抗拒唔到。今次要講既係米芝蓮一星餐廳既夜上海,嘩,聽到米芝蓮一星即刻抱住好期待既心態去試。前菜黎講古法煙鴨蛋,脆鱔同陳皮糖醋排骨都好出色,亦係夜上海既必點菜色,因為我本身唔食魚所以一開始唔係好想試脆鱔,但見家人讚不絕口,所以就試左一舊,好脆口👍🏻唔食魚既我都覺得好食,果然名不虛傳。而個排骨每舊都有好香既陳皮味,相比平時食既糖醋排骨,陳皮點綴左依個菜式。而椒鹽小黃魚亦都係必點,唔食魚黎既我都讚👍🏻外皮好脆但肉質並無因為炸過而變得”鞋”口,好嫩滑,依道菜式絕對好考功夫!而其他菜式都唔錯既,但就未特別到要讚不絕口囉🤔小籠包話係招牌菜,但我覺得還好依餐飯埋單唔算平,雖然夜上海有米芝蓮一星既名號,但我覺得唔算太值,因為d野食未好味或者吸引到令人驚訝。以依個價錢,我認為有更多既上海餐廳都比佢好食
