To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日難得放假,一大早跟家人來到「添好運」飲茶據稱是米芝蓮一星的餐廳🤔來到的時候大約11點,店外人山人海,等了大約30分鐘才有位食物選擇不多,款式也不算特別香煎芋絲餅與想像中有出入,並非芋絲也沒有芋頭味,又乾又鬆,不推薦螃蟹春卷🦀餡料與普通春卷不同,味道不錯外皮也炸得夠香脆酥皮焗叉燒包聽聞是必吃的,幾乎每張枱都有一碟其賣點是酥皮說實話,酥皮口感不錯,只是叉燒餡太鹹,以致整體扣分鼓油皇炒麵味道不過不失,可是十分油膩鮮蝦燒賣皇賣相味道不新鮮失望美味炆鮮竹卷味道一般,偏油膩,不推薦整體而言,食物質素一般,水準稱不上是米芝蓮🎖環境不太舒適,冷氣超大不會再encore
