To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日中午12:30,同朋友去咗一間主打台式料理嘅餐廳。餐廳裝修真是一個亮點,走懷舊風,影相打卡一流。可惜,食物同服務完全拉低咗體驗。menu選擇唔多,牛肉麵份量細到得幾啖,肉質偏乾,味道普通,唔夠香濃。最離譜係價錢,單是一碗好普通嘅牛肉麵就要70幾蚊仲要冇嘢飲,性價比極低,感覺完全唔值。有一杯台式嘢飲麵加$30 ,但係個杯野飲細到幾啖就飲完。服務態度更加令人火滾。侍應好似唔想做咁,問問題時愛理不理。上菜時有個侍應直接將碟擺低,連句說話都無,態度冷漠到極點。整體黎講,呢間餐廳除咗裝修有睇頭,其他方面真是一個災難。食物普通、份量少、價錢貴,服務態度又差,食完真心覺得唔抵。一次就夠,絕對唔會再去!
