To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Happy Friday,放左工老公帶我去尖沙咀試新派素齋餐廳-雅.悠蔬食。環境以紫色為主,襯托出高貴格調。餐單菜式有好多款,單點或套餐都有。入座後侍應好細心,拎左兩個籃俾我地放袋。我地點左六樣野食,兩個小食,兩個主菜,加兩杯飲品。黑松露薯蓉焗大啡菇:老公好鍾意食菇,必叫小食之選。大啡菇勁大隻,入口勁多芝士同薯蓉,仲有黑松露點綴。泰式香煎如餅:如餅勁大塊又夠熱同香口。擔擔麵:哩度擔擔麵無肉碎,但湯汁勁多,撈住擔擔麵來食勁好味,食到有花生同紫菜味道,叫左小辣唔算辣。泰式鳳梨炒飯:哩個炒飯炒得好出色,每樣材料切得好幼細,有蕃茄粒、青椒粒、鳳梨粒⋯連我唔鍾意食青椒既人都覺得好好味,食落有口感,濃味但唔油膩。最後叫左兩杯清潤蘋果雪梨汁,飲落好清潤,仲有粒粒盧薈粒係杯底。餐廳出菜都好快,食物質素高,賣相吸引,性價比。今晚晚餐相當滿足😋😊
