To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原先以為魚一是一間廿普通的日本料理,不時晚飯時間經過都見擠滿了排隊的人士,這樣噓冚的情況在元朗的日本餐廳時常都見到,並不覺有甚麼奇怪。今日下午可能尚早,沒有人等位,於是便入去一試,怎知有著驚喜!平日的下午餐廳有午市套餐,價錢相宜,大都是$60-$80,套餐大除了主菜任選,還包括餐前沙律、味噌湯及開胃蘿蔔。今次嚐試了天婦羅烏冬套餐,及炸豬排套餐。天婦羅非常脆但不油膩,值得一讚的是烏冬,湯底是昆布豉油,清淡得來有點鮮味,而烏冬非常滑溜爽口,好吃!炸豬排也不錯,肉質鬆化,非常美味。 不過最驚喜的是隔離的食客,訂製了一個「史努比壽司蛋糕」,師傅把壽司材料巧妙地造出史努比的造型,而飯團做成了蛋糕人底,舖上滿滿的魚生,買相非常吸睛。職員說只要先預訂坐位,視乎是午餐還是晚餐,會在最低消費,但可同一時間預訂不同款式的壽司蛋糕。這樣的日本料理真是充滿驚喜,有朋友生日也想試試呢!
