To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前朋友食過旺角創興廣場嘅泰金鍋🍲印象非常好,大讚食物種類多,價錢又合理,搞到我都心郁郁想去試吓😼好彩我同朋友平日大概5:30左右去到,等咗一陣就可以入去,如果遲少少嘅話就要再等耐啲先入得🙀一入到餐廳最吸引我哋嘅係一整排嘅自助區,生嘅火鍋料同炸嘢食林林總總😻即刻夾咗碟炸蝦片、炸魚皮、芝士米網卷、海南雞返埋位食,真係好嘆😽🍲湯底同肉類好快就送到黎,我唔食得辣,所以揀咗❣️藥膳豬骨白湯鍋❣️,藥膳嘅味道好柔和,清淡嘅湯底唔會蓋過肉類同海鮮本身嘅鮮味,非常之合我心水😸🍨最後記得要自製杯珍多冰飲,自助區圖文並茂教你點樣調配,飲完涼浸浸,好解渴架呢🧊🍹
