To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同frd行街,經過見到一間叫渝痴渝醉嘅飯店派傳單,就上樓去試下。一入去我就叫咗個可樂先首先,茄子嘅味道酸酸甜甜,唔算辣,質感都好柔軟其次,炸饅頭嘅饅頭炸得好酥脆,點左煉奶食仲正,甜甜的,熱食嘅饅頭味道亦都好香另外,西蘭花質感好林,有咬口,味道亦比較新鮮,感覺清新,味道淡淡的之後點了一個叫懶人炒飯,肉味香濃,不像罐頭肉的那樣有味精。乾豆腐味道有點咸,質地滑嫩。雞粒的雞味香香香的,肉質很細膩。還有小蝦呢~蔥花令炒飯變得更惹味。炒飯又香,質感亦很柔軟。
