To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真有霸氣的門口,餐廳的裝備很有古中國味道,上一條短樓梯就到餐廳啦。桌上有塊玻璃,透到下面的石境。先有碟小吃,水燙花生米。前菜我們選了蒜泥茄子,看不看到麻醬的顏色多深,很香濃!主角片皮鴨,肉不鞋,皮不肥,包爽脆青瓜,京蔥絲,和鴨醬同吃,滿足。五門面青是豬頸肉和淮山同炒,醬香十足,我還點了碗米飯送著吃。一看還以為是牛肉,一吃還以為是羊肉的大娘燒肉餅,五香和籽然香十足,帶點香辣,可惜餅有點乾。好貼心的紅油抄手,因為有朋友不吃辣,所以分開醬汁另上,醬汁辣中帶甜,惹味。看著也開心的拔絲淮山,比普通香蕉多了份清爽。
