To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又去銅鑼灣飲茶, 天色昏暗到時代廣場揾食比較穏陣。「百樂潮州」的總店已經試過, 但這家分店未試過, 又不用等位於是入去試下。以木色為主調, 装潢時尚型格。可是酒樓昏黑, 配上黄燈再添幾分幽暗氣氛。骨香鵝片肉豆腐$168(例)雖然光顧目的只為飲茶食點心, 但是去到潮州店唔食鵝有些浪費。例牌$168認真唔平, 這價錢在李超人都幫襯過的「順興潮汕」四份一隻只不過一百元左右, 認真巴閉真係要試真D! 鵝片呈深啡色, 肉質鬆軟，肥瘦適中。鹵水切忌死鹹，這裡的鹵水汁好入味；味道較傳統的淡一點，切合香港人口味。潮州手打魚蛋河$68魚蛋這平民食物要用鮮魚煎皮拆肉再用鐵棍打造成。在現今講求經濟效益的年代, 仍默默堅持手打魚蛋的餐廳實在難能可貴。$68咁貴既魚蛋河第一次食, 但如果真是手打倒值回票價。呈上的魚蛋河湯頭頗為深色, 放下來以聞到大地魚的咸香味。湯頭清甜, 不太感覺到味精的味道。主角魚蛋，魚味濃，入口軟腍卻不太彈牙，正是正宗潮州魚蛋質感。可是自家工場手打與否魚就不得而知。片頭同樣美味而且味道鮮而不咸。河粉順滑, 整體不錯的潮州魚蛋河。蜜汁叉燒包$38叉燒包的表面不太順滑, 凹凸不平, 賣相不太
