To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 炸南乳雞脾餐 $34,旺記烘麥包三文治四重奏 $32炸南乳雞脾餐:可以揀配薯條 / 薯餅,我明明叫左薯餅,黎到變左薯條。雖然佢無寫,其實個餐有重D沙律菜,仲要係用醋而唔係沙律醬,好fresh,完全平衡到食完炸脾既罪惡感。雞脾非常juice,一路切一路爆汁!唔介意粗魯D,用手食可以啖啖汁唔好浪費。唔知係咪入面太juice,個皮脆得黎有少少濕,但南乳既香味好正,令我完全可以無視既個小問題。旺記烘麥包三文治四重奏:四重奏係肉類 + 炒蛋 + 花生醬 + 生菜。肉有4款揀: 咸牛肉, 午餐肉, 五香肉丁, 鮮免治牛。三文治好足料,非常之厚,包唔使加錢已經係烘底。我地叫揀左午餐肉,午餐肉偏乾身之餘,最神奇係一D味都無,完全唔知食緊咩,講真有D失望。個炒蛋爆晒汁,小心食得太慢個包會變淋,花生醬只係薄薄一層,但都幾香。
