To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去食下午茶,20蚊生菜拼春卷,攞番黎居然得4條生菜,點解用條呢?因為非常薄一片,一拎起就係變成一細條咁! 見到碗野都已經好不滿了,食左一大半後,見到隔離剛攞一樣係20蚊下午茶既食客,碗菜多我一倍。我攞幅相比出餸個位阿姐睇,佢居然話係咁既,4片都已經比多左我咁話! 咁都得? 服務差到呢! 😖仲話下次先比靚菜我喎,真係投訴無門! 以前南記係我每天都會食既面店(食左20年),就算跨區我都會特登搭車去食,自從河粉變粗糙(以前好滑),依家仲淪落到得個4片仔菜,同幅宣傳相真係差天拱地,以後唔係勁餓又無其他餐廳既話,我都係唔幫襯了!
