今日出開觀塘個邊做野,經過海潮就醒起之前食過牛腩蝦條煎米粉味道幾好。咁啱個肚又夠鐘要食下午茶,就鼠左入去偷下懶啦由於今日個LUNCH食得幾飽下,所以今次淨係叫個餐廳皇牌 - 蔥花蛋治蛋治經過烘底,再係兩面底部開多一邊搽上厚厚牛油,真係極之邪惡麵包烘得啱啱好不至於太燶,配上牛油香氣,熱辣辣咁食,邊有唔好食既理由?蔥花蛋份量頗厚,香蔥佔領左雞蛋7成位置,都搞唔清楚邊個先係主角啦之前有朋友食過嫌炒蛋太熟,今次我黎食就剛好係我喜歡既生熟程度,帶有少少蛋汁唔會太生。蔥花令蛋治增添不少香氣,餐廳所用既蔥花亦沒有辛辣味,淨係呢點已經好高分!仲要一份有四件,食完真係飽住走

蛋治經過烘底,再係兩面底部開多一邊搽上厚厚牛油,真係極之邪惡

麵包烘得啱啱好不至於太燶,配上牛油香氣,熱辣辣咁食,邊有唔好食既理由?
