網上好多人都介紹過位於觀塘工業區嘅蔥花蛋治,今日終於有機會試到。兩個人進入呢間位於工廠大廈地下嘅食堂食早餐,地方唔算大,坐滿大約可以容納20人,尚算乾淨。今日目標清晰,就是蔥花蛋治 烘底,另外多叫一份侍應推介的炸蝦條、牛腩煎米粉,再配上一杯熱奶茶,一杯熱檸水。蔥花蛋治送到枱,一碟總共分為三件,細心睇,原來一件蔥花蛋治係有四部份組成,抵免各有一塊搽上牛油嘅超薄多士,中間夾有一塊白方包,及主角蔥花炒蛋。一啖咬落蔥花味濃郁,喜愛食蔥嘅朋友一定唔可以錯過,另外多士夾嘅方包又是另一種有趣口感,要整一塊咁薄嘅多士真係唔容易㗎。之後到炒米粉上場,表面平平無奇,我咬落去充滿龍龍嘅蛋香,炸蝦條香又脆,牛腩用另外一隻碟仔上,有蘿蔔片墊底非常入微,牛腩面放有生蒜蓉及乾辣椒🌶️,很配合。牛腩單吃少少偏鹹,但撈上炒米粉食,的確係相得益彰。熱檸水又是另一個細心位,一般薄薄嘅檸檬片換業檸檬條,基本上唔使篤都已經出晒味。一份滿意早餐,老闆介紹下次可試吓飲「凍啡樂」之後同齋啡,加可樂,再加姜絲。 continue reading

早上9:00喺新觀塘駕駛學院練完車,心諗難得入到黎觀塘又未食早餐,梗係依埋肚先至返工啦。一入到去,見到成個場都係 Menu,花多眼亂。最後決定試吓佢個牛腩蝦條煎米粉,可惜我唔食牛腩牛筋,所以個姐姐叫我可以轉其他嘢,而我就揀咗麻辣雞翼。個麻辣雞翼真係做得好出色,加埋蠔油配搭個煎米粉,真係好好食。至於個蝦條可以再香口啲同冇洗咁油。其實我見佢啲椒鹽燒賣,同埋蔥花蛋治都好吸引。下次再去練車,可以再試埋佢其他嘢 continue reading

“手撕雞五香肉丁麻辣撈通粉”($52)“牛腩蝦条煎米粉”($52)“魔鬼奶油多”($27)呢間喺觀塘工業區嘅餐廳不嬲都好有人氣😆同一般嘅茶記好唔同呢道嘅菜式都非常之創新🤣難得嚟到一次過叫咗3樣招牌菜🤩第一道係手撕雞五香肉丁麻辣撈通粉🐔🐷🌶雖然話係手撕雞但啲雞肉其實係一片片😆上面仲有大量嘅蔥油撈咗麻辣油嘅通粉加埋蔥油確實幾惹味但都確實係幾鹹😂第二樣係牛腩蝦條煎米粉🐮🦐碟牛腩好腍好入味😍大大舊蘿蔔都好甜☺煎蛋米粉都係第一次食🍳個米粉煎得好夠香有少少脆口味道講真係ok嘅但其實牛腩,煎米粉同蝦條係完全分開食😂最後係魔鬼奶油多😈麵包夾住牛油,出面舖滿阿華田粉加埋煉奶一齊食真係超邪惡🤤3樣嘢食入面呢個最正😆要注意嘅係呢道嘅嘢食份量都幾大😂我地2個人好辛苦先清哂所有嘢食😂細食嘅朋友記住唔好叫咁多嘢食啦🤣 continue reading
