To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶三文治餐好食

銅鑼灣百貨公司睇完買完又未到晚飯時間，於是到大快話食個下午茶，打發下時間。叫咗個三文治套餐，質素唔錯喎。用$7加多一杯熱奶茶，一個餐兩杯飲品，夠我和太太輕食了。雞肉煙肉雞蛋三文治配熱飲，$31首先麵包有烘底，而且還是熱的，已非常有好感。跟住雞蛋流心，雞肉厚而不鞋，煙肉唔肥，沙律醬不過份多，還有片生菜，全部加埋令整件事很有誠意，很好食。雖然快餐店無精美擺盤或華麗裝修，但每人消費不用二十元，誰說平嘢無好嘢呢。

首先麵包有烘底，而且還是熱的，已非常有好感。
跟住雞蛋流心，雞肉厚而不鞋，煙肉唔肥，沙律醬不過份多，還有片生菜，全部加埋令整件事很有誠意，很好食。
雖然快餐店無精美擺盤或華麗裝修，但每人消費不用二十元，誰說平嘢無好嘢呢。
