To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們叫了四人餐,上完第一輪菜後,等了至少40分鐘還不上第二輪,要求侍應跟進,但對方不耐煩地說:「其他人都等緊㗎啦!」「叫餐係咁㗎啦,要等埋一齊炒」,而且目露凶光,睥住我們一枱,不肯幫我們跟單。然後我們再等了~10分鐘還是沒有上菜,再催了一次,她才死死地氣跟單,然後不到兩分鐘就上了一道菜。食完一道又要再催才上下一道菜,好像要踢一腳才郁一下🙂整頓飯食了超級久,浪費時間,而且食物質素也下降,沒有以前的好食。
