To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期五黎到呢間位於上環以灰白色為主調嘅cafe,餐廳位置雖然偏僻,不過當日黎到依然係滿座架(。・ω・。) 整體食物質素都好有驚喜,尤其係佢哋嘅份量,建議大家一定要share黎食!!!.🍝Avocado w/ Pesto份量好足嘅牛油果青醬意粉❗️意粉混入牛油果+蘑菇+紅椒,牛油果比例較多,所以令口感變得非常rich~ 青醬配埋黑胡椒作調味,食落好惹味☺️ 唯獨意粉質地較淋身有啲碎,做唔到爽口彈牙口感😕.🥯Black Truffle Scrambled Egg Bagel當我同 @見到佢上枱嘅時候真係嚇親,因為份量真係多到好驚人🤯黑松露炒蛋多到滿瀉,炒蛋嫩滑creamy,而黑松露味亦十分濃郁🤤底下夾左生菜+番茄,幾清新~ 貝果體帶好微弱嘅芝士味,不過口感就略為淋身,相信係太多蛋汁嘅緣故👀.☕️Ginger latte呢杯ginger latte係我飲過數一數二好飲嘅薑汁咖啡😚薑味香濃,味道天然,唔會有種好假嘅薑味~ 底部混入薑蓉令辣味變得更出,鍾意薑味嘅朋友一定要試!!!
