慢煮牛肉面頰紅酒汁,牛面頰肉肉中間更夾著一層層的骨膠原,入口即溶,簡直就係吃肉的享受🤪
牛面頰外皮煎至香脆,而入面一切開已經好淋,好juicy,配上薯蓉以及紅酒汁,十分惹味😆

🔸Rigatoni Truffle
上台前,已經聞到Truffle 既香氣,Rigatoni pasta好Al dente, 配上忌廉truffle sauce, 真係唔錯既一道main dish👍🏻

🔸Season Fruit Pavlova
Whipped Vanilla Cream, Ice cream & Fruit Coulis
Pavlova用蛋清和砂糖打發後用低温烤制的蛋白蛋糕

而下面再涂抹上厚厚vanilla忌廉和雪糕 可以品嘗到酥脆的外殼,配上餐廳自家制酸酸甜甜的覆盆子醬🩷
口感非常的輕盈、细腻🤩
