上環九如坊柏廷坊一間上6樓法國私房菜以前冇乜人知大部份都係做熟客幾年前裝修過有一號房房同二號房(一號房靚仔啲)$5000 minimum charge其他就係外面嘅枱如果想自己帶酒水book枱嗰陣可以問staff係咪免開瓶費(因我之前去係free cockage 唔知有冇改)環境正正常常燈光暗暗呢度出品基本都唔會中伏有啲dish需要額外再加錢2 個course $6083 個course $638 4 個course $698咁當然食到嘅話 四個course最抵食有1)前菜 2)湯或沙律 3)主菜 4)甜品 如果唔特別加錢換其他嘢加咗一都係 $768 唔飲餐湯或者沙律嘅話可以加 $100去轉一道Appetiser 好 flexible頭盤加 $200可轉吉品鮑魚呢度嘅豬同埋羊都幾好食尤其係個豬唔需要加錢又數一數二禁好味反而試過牛就麻麻有啲鞋如果你係🦀🦀🦀蟹迷一定一定 轉主菜加 $300食佢個胡椒蟹 (呢個要預早訂)保證唔會失望 基本上我每次嚟都要食隻蟹都幾大隻多汁好肉 小小羔四個人分一隻 就少食多滋味兩個人食一隻就好滿足之前食過普通龍蝦都相當唔錯藍龍蝦試過加錢 $250我覺得同普通

之前食過普通龍蝦都相當唔錯
藍龍蝦試過加錢 $250我覺得同普通差唔多
另外今次主菜加咗 $120至$150 轉食咗佢嘅加拿大海膽spaghetti (單點$588 )
主菜加 $200 食咗佢個紅蝦Linguine扁意粉
其實全部野都攞到80分
除咗鮑魚我本人就鍾意食中式蒸鮑魚多啲
整體呢度真係嚟好多次都保持住態度
員工友善 食物穩定性高👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
