之前響網上見過菠蘿包雞蛋仔,專門慕名而去搵過,但係嗰日佢哋休息,今次終於有機會嚟試到,本來淨係見到雞蛋仔想食以為係好似啲小食檔咁買走take away,冇諗過原來而家食雞蛋仔都咁有儀式感,除咗有多款雞蛋仔選擇,仲可以嘆埋花茶,坐低慢慢食,潮爆嘅裝修更突顯潮人雞蛋仔餐廳慕名而來當然要食鎮店之寶 Q版菠蘿包雞蛋仔,佢地採用自家硏發既雙重酥脆工法製作,質素保持現烤級,比傳統雞蛋仔脆爆三倍,最最最緊要嘅係平時我鍾意食菠蘿包淨係鍾意食佢陳皮,今次可以同步滿足「雞蛋仔+菠蘿包」雙重口癮,望住個製作過程,見到佢嘅外型真係cute 到唔捨得食另外除咗甜味嘅雞蛋仔,仲破格有鹹味嘅雞蛋仔,今次我就試咗好有茶餐廳特色嘅鹹牛肉+蛋既雞蛋仔,經典的鹹牛肉搭配微焦蛋香,濃郁的鹹香與麵糊的微甜形成巧妙平衡最最最不得了,係升級套餐加埋杯花茶,簡直嘆到去咗一間好有港式茶餐廳味道嘅Cafe, 黑糖薑棗暖宮茶同桂花桂圓安神茶都好足料,見到成個茶煲都係紅棗,就知道花茶幾咁濃郁滋味必須再次encore,食過最潮又有儀式感嘅雞蛋仔
