To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 可以吃的話,不會哭~最近疫情開始放緩,相信好多香港人同我一樣,都係好想周圍瘋狂食飯,滿足一下已經餓了數個月的味覺。數到我最鍾意嘅餐廳裏面,日本Omakase一定係心目中嘅top 3,今次就食「鮨燐」嘅壽司廚師發板。汁煮白梅貝味道清甜,平時少見,可以成件食,幾爽口。日本木魚湯茄子凍,味道有鹹香有口感,表面更加有京蔥提升清新感。最方便嘅係需要配搭豉油或者Wasabi的壽司,師傅已經幫忙配搭好,不用自己額外再點上調味。蜜柑鯛味道清新,原來係用開蜜柑飼養的魚;赤貝配青檸+柚子,令原本鮮甜爽口的質感更為清新;深海池魚鮮甜不腥;笠貝也是配青檸,爽口清新吸引味蕾;燒金目鯛有濃郁的魚油香味;扇貝配柚子令原本香滑鮮甜的質感提升一個層次;牡丹蝦及其蝦膏配搭一同進食,鮮甜爽口之餘更有濃郁的蝦膏香味,喜歡食海鮮膏的不容錯過;鰆魚平常比較少見,是比較特色的春天魚類;松葉蟹壽司及其蟹膏也是鮮甜味十足,有點不捨得一口咬下去;燒梳子魚配芝麻質感比較林身,配搭芝麻後也比較香;池魚加上麵豉蔥花薑蓉3色漬物,濃味也有層次;馬糞海膽軍艦係我嘅最愛,入口即溶加上味道鮮甜,就算食n件都一樣咁開心!;中拖羅好肥美,而且部位沒有筋正

最後當然不少得一個好的甜品,呢度就供應左綠茶奶凍,味道香濃但係又唔會太甜 加上表面的黑豆是甜的有口感,可以算得上非常完美。
