To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日黎到位於上環既【鮨燐】,之前到訪過一次佢地既尖沙咀分店,今次上環分店食佢地既OMAKASE DINNER SET~.前菜有黑毛螺,螢光魷魚配柚子醬 .😋小編印象較深刻要提【北海道扇貝壽司】,有一股好香既乾扇貝味,而且帶有陣陣柚子香,令人印象深刻.😋而全晚既VIP一定系【北海道海膽壽司】!佢地既海膽清新且海水味重, 一放落口非常新鮮,令人難以忘懷.😋【北海道銀雪魚】師傅用炭爐輕輕燒過,所以帶有陣陣炭燒香,銀雪魚自身帶有油份,嚐到新鮮的魚油香.供大家一個參考,另外我地仲食左北海道餃碟魚、深海遲魚、赤貝、大吞拿魚腩、九州赤木魚清魚 等等.小編當日系坐樓下,留意到該店亦設有樓上店~.我地今次系選擇左【OMAKASE 14品】$1380/PERSON地址: 上環蘇杭街126-128號地下D號舖
