To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 12月23日(六) lunch一向對中菜都冇咩興趣,但同屋企人就唔食中式唔得喇。唔駛講呢度一定多人,要人齊先入得,好在人齊後都好快俾到檯我地。叫左八樣野,sorted by 好味指數:1) 五香牛肉拉麵- 牛肉好香,令到d麵同湯都有少少牛肉味,肉又唔韌,麵o既味道同口感都唔錯。2) 蟹粉小籠包- 一啖食真係好正, 因為d湯即刻唧晒出黎,但就係因為咁我就入錯格'濁'親(所以尤其長者要小心)。3) 素菜蒸包- 想食d唔煎o既包,清得黎又有雜菜o既味,唔錯。4) 炒年糕(雪菜火腿) - 咸咸地,咬感唔錯,唔會好乾。配佢d新鮮雪菜都幾襯。5) 蝦仁蛋炒飯- 幾多蝦(唔會好細,仲ok爽),又多碎蛋。6,7) 北京餃子& 水餃麵- 豬肉o既餃我就一直唔係太好,但個皮好滑。8) 排骨拉麵- 個炸排骨好硬,而且有'豬味',唔建議叫呢個…見到好多人都叫咕嚕肉,下次如果黎都想試!上菜都頗慢,可能係慢工出細貨啦,仲有係個waiter不停收menu,我地想陣間再叫過佢聲都唔聲就咁收左。service非常之麻麻。5個大人一個小朋友加茶錢合共$370,叫左咁多野,比想像中平。
