To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次吃上海排骨菜飯覺得好好味.上海排骨其實是豬扒, 但我覺得好味過一哥豬扒飯的豬扒.珍珠米的菜飯都唔錯.但今次變了雙拼的款式:上海排骨拼肉絲茄子. 雖然是要有’飛仔’等number, 但都係凍的, 變得唔係咁好吃. 而今次的菜飯唔夠軟熟, 飯味生生地.反而今期加$15的花膠雞腳雪耳燉湯真係唔錯, 夠味, 又無味精.所以$15是值得的.
