To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

石米線點可以唔去三哥，最近喺廣告見到三哥新出左一款，忍唔住都要去試一試，見到都有唔少人嗌咗依款1️⃣螺酸湯米線，有筍，豆角，螺片，豬皮，有酸辣，可以揀辣到，我揀咗10小辣。味道唔差，但我唔好筍，所以有好強烈嘅筍未，有點臭，接受唔到，反而愛筍之人可能會鍾意2️⃣魚爽肚，麻辣味好正，有趙口，我超鍾意食，除咗土匪之外我最愛可能係依款3️⃣碟豆花菠蘿特飲，味道好夾，超好飲有菠蘿說，好好飲，三個特飲都有水準，唔會令你失望
