To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我o地叫o左:

1. 蘿蔔千絲酥

一碟四件,我同女同事CY share一件,外面都脆脆地,但冇乜蘿蔔味.

味道: 2 分

2. 招牌叉燒

經過上次食香茅黑椒叉燒o既經驗,覺得叉燒應該好食,果然,佢係半肥瘦, 口感鬆軟,蜜味好夠,而且有少少燶脆位,真係好好味.


味道: 5分

3. 金錢肚

顏色係正常,但食落偏甜,係咪將糖當鹽?o徙晒佢o既夠腍o既口感.

味道: 1分

4. 唔知咩炒飯

有約一個一蚊咁大o既帶子,飯粒同上次一樣分明但偏乾硬,調味就冇問題.

味道: 2.7分

5. 馬拉糕

呢o度o既馬拉糕係啡色o既,唔太甜,幾鬆,OK.

味道: 3分

6. 豉汁鳳爪

我冇食鳳爪,但食墊底o既南瓜,呢個唔鹹,普通.

味道: 3分

7. 蝦餃

同上次一樣,大大隻,內裡有好多蝦仁,爽,好味.


味道: 5分

8. 椒鹽鮮魷

今次冇味,要醮唔酸o既喼汁食,不過佢係脆,又o徒晒.

味道: 2分

9. 味菜火鴨絲鴛鴦米

原以為係炆米,但男同事WC夾起時,發覺下面有粉絲,真鬼祟.我都試吓,呢個幾好味o既.

味道:4 分

10. 煎蘿蔔糕

又同上次一樣,細件同唔太夠味,亦冇煎到香脆.

味道: 2分

11. 牛肉球

做到同80年代一樣咁大粒,口感鬆軟,正常.

味道:3 分

12. 雞紮

亦同上次一樣,大大個,內裡有蟹柳,冬菇同鮑片,我食o左腐皮同冬菇,都係冇問題呢.

味道: 3.3分

13. 唔知咩肉碎炒四季豆

女同事CY話好食,我盲食吓啦,仍係好爽口,但味道我覺得有啲怪,可能係我自己唔鍾意o既味道o掛.

味道: 2分

14. $18.00一個o既壽包

女同事CP食唔晒一個,我就同佢share,佢掰開一半,原來裡面有成個鹹蛋黃,我覺得怪怪的,佢唔食俾我食.我先食佢,唔多夠油幾乾,壽包本身熱騰騰,但食到個蛋黃中間竟然重係凍o既.

而蓮蓉就唔太甜,但冇蓮蓉香味,一般吧.

味道: 1分

15. 芝士餅

成張枱等我一個食,細細件,芝士同餅底厚度相若,大概有1厘米.芝士味道唔濃,口感正常;餅底幾硬吓,但超鹹,我只食晒面上o既芝士.

味道: 1分

我冇食o既有:

咸水角, 燒腩仔, 蝦腸,牛肉腸,沙薑雞腳,排骨,燒賣

服務:

我o地落o左單後,等好耐至有o野食,而一間房有兩張大枱,入單o個位入錯枱號,攪到o野食走o黎走去,亞姐重成日話好亂.

埋單要check清楚單,真係會落多o左,就連最後叫甜品都係.

價錢:

唔知幾錢,不過好似話每位大約$100.00.
