Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 一 ? 真是阿一 ? 第一次試阿一,無論如何都不覺是阿一。這套餐前前後後有十三「道」菜,勉強用「道」,其實不太準確,因為每人一粒蝦餃一圈黑毛豬火腿一片鵝肝一小塊素鵝。先來的菠蘿义燒包,菠蘿皮不特別酥香,义燒饀不特別味美,飽不特別軟,和尋常屋邨酒家的沒啥分別。醉雞是雞胸,肉不靭,有淡酒香,普通水準。所謂黑毛豬火腿,我不肯定厨師加了什麼功夫,吃不出有什麼特別。滷水鵝肝原可以是重頭戲,但他入口不嫰滑不軟糯,入口不溶,完全沒有鵝肝應有的羔香,比之潮式老店的鵝肝實在是天與地。素鵝入口還可以,但賣相是焦黑油淋淋,减分。鮑魚酥以為是高潮,但吃不出鮑魚有什麼廚功,酥皮也十分一般。蝦餃令人最深印象是能不令人留下任何印象。煎腸粉和素鵝同一命運,可吃不中看。沮喪之後再沮喪,蟹肉羹終於為阿一拿回點面子,羹燙熱,湯底吃得出是精製的高湯,配蟹肉和芫荽,滿口香鮮濃,把我從絕望深谷救回來。煎鱸魚也十分討好,煎得片片帶焦香,魚肉新鮮香脆彈牙。海蔘扣花菇繼續高潮,那茨汁是一流,有鮑汁鮮雞味,海蔘爽軟適中,花菇是真正的大花菇,有久違了的菇香,十分滋味。壓軸的阿一招牌炒飯,看來材料十足,顆顆蝦粒顆顆义燒顆顆青蔥配顆顆包了蛋汁

壓軸的阿一招牌炒飯,看來材料十足,顆顆蝦粒顆顆义燒顆顆青蔥配顆顆包了蛋汁的飯,吃入口的飯原來炒不透,不夠熱,不入味,與蔥蝦义燒沒扯上半點關係,絕不是招牌之作。

甜品是鮮果楊脂甘露和韓式雪糕三文治,前者冰涼透心,甜度適中,吃得爽。不是自家製的雪糕三文治就令人有點莫明奇妙,是幫手宣傳,還是寄賣?

必要澄清這餐每種食物也可入口,但沒特別美味,沒特別細緻,沒特別讓人難忘,把許許多多普普通通的湊湊合合成一套餐,不應是阿一的路線,那雪糕三文治便明顯是湊合,讓她終結這餐,終究令人哭笑不得。
