To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚餐時間來到, 今次坐樓上比下層安靜的。叫來了魚翅鮑魚餐,叉燒海蜇,叉燒肥瘦比例適中, 大大件的可以分三啖吃,而海蜇們十分爽囗。翅湯蟹味濃厚,味道吸引, 食後相當回味。海鮑魚,肉厚彈牙啖啖鮮味。蒜蒸蟶子皇,汁味調配合當,肉質新鮮配埋粉絲及香蔥粒,很嘢味又夠份量。竹笙露筍, 清淡爽脆。椒鹽炸蟹鉗,這個如不是連殼一起炸的話應該更加好吃的。海鮮泡飯, 鮮味濃郁, 飯粒還配著些炸脆米夠香囗。由開始帶位至落單至上菜;叫酒至埋單,其間的服務員們, 只有一位男士一直服務周到, 專業精神十足, 讚。。
