朋友係Restaurant Week常客,今次帶我去TokyoLima,一間創意到令你懷疑自己是否食過日本菜和秘魯菜的fusion餐廳。之後google番先知每道菜背後的食材真係有日本秘魯元素。餐廳環境好chill,音樂輕快,有幾張檯嘅食客講嘢好大聲,鐘意嘅會覺得好high,相反就覺得好嘈,好難傾到計,我哋屬於後者,於是要求waitress搬去餐廳角落,靜啲啲。今晚揀咗Dinner Set:沙律 T-3 (v)有沙律菜、南瓜、番茄、杏仁等,重點是有粒鵪鶉蛋,酸酸地,好開胃。雞腿 Ki-mo-chi雞腿炸得脆香,個sauce Rocoto Mayo原來係秘魯特有醬汁,酸酸辣辣,味道幾夾。雞配秘魯拌飯Chicken Tacu TacuTacu Tacu係經典秘魯菜,但分量極少,只有2-3羹,食唔出有乜印象。雞就grill得幾嫩,我平時唔鐘意食雞胸肉,但都覺得唔錯。由於半隻雞上,要用刀切開分一半,用餐刀切雞的確有啲難度。烤三文魚 Grilled Salmon烤三文魚好好味,味噌糖漿配三文魚,味道都幾夾,唔使點醬都夠味。甜品飲品甜品一個係Brownie加Chocolate mousse,另一個
