To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔係話好驚為天人但可以試下難得有間米芝蓮點心屬良心店我早一星期卜既星期六lunch,二人訂時職員講明90分鐘用膳(實測夠時間食;冇夠鐘提人走既跡象)前一日會有電話reconfirm booking以及提埋你酒店冇位泊車~ 跟住openrice 熱門菜式叫左:帶子燒賣-新鮮既彈牙既菜苗餃-太濕太淋,但你可以話佢多汁春風得意腸-腸粉入面包鮮蝦春卷,脆既彈牙既但唔算好食流沙酥-酥皮,好食呀同埋欣賞佢一口size燒味雙拼(叉燒+燒腩仔)配芥末汁佢最貴,$368,睇相(圖中已夾左啲黎食,數量係各8件)我覺得呢個價錢黎講幾平庸不過不失啦推薦大家食西環波記,都係良心店,平一截質素又高 飲茶飲茶,揀左鐵觀音好香;都欣賞佢有燭台座熱茶水不過茶葉只足夠泡一壺水再添水已淡而無味可惜
