疫情緩和了一點,同好友補祝生日先🎂,佢話想食片皮鴨同埋shopping,所以我訂咗尖沙咀的「古琴雅苑」。我都係第一次嚟,餐廳播放著悠揚的音樂,裝修帶點中國風,有兩整面的玻璃窗卡位,景觀開揚。今天天氣很好,邊看美麗的天空邊用餐,好友說很開心😄。睇吓餐牌先,2人片皮鴨套餐都唔錯,好豐富,但朋友話好耐冇食脆鱔,好想食,最後我哋散點了:古琴酒糟烤北京填鴨(半隻$185)餐廳很細心,疫情下,安排師傅在離枱前遠一點片鴨,先來一碟「一口蘇」,係鴨頸對落的位置,只有幾片,點砂糖或甜醬食,入口即溶,好食!然後到鴨身,每一片都片得很平均,不會過厚,色澤明亮脹卜卜,鴨皮很鬆脆,油香豐富,可能製作時加了酒,皮下脂肪完全融化,沒有肥膩感,很出色!餅皮很薄,用蒸籠上,食到最後一片仍保溫。無錫脆鱔$88炸過嘅鱔魚沾上蜜汁及芝麻,非常惹味,啖啖香脆骨膠原炸脆鱔,兩個人哈哈笑地爭住食😄~蟹粉炒小棠菜$138蟹粉用了薑汁提鮮去腥,鮮味的蟹粉配上新鮮的小棠菜,很鮮甜美味。這裡的員工亦很細心有禮貌👍。希望疫情快點過,想帶家人來啊!
