To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 打風的晚上,打算約家人外出食飯,最後揀左呢間大中華。地方不難找,大排檔格局,但座無虛席,大部分都預早訂位,人少的就站在街外等或搭檯...(限時1小時內交檯)我們點了四個餸,包括:蒜茸蒸扇貝 ($18@): 新鲜,好大隻!八珍豆腐煲 ($68) : 真材實料 =)泰式雞翼 ($80): :份量很大, 以為是辣的, 但吃下去是酸甜的...土匪雞 ($220): 招牌菜之一,雞肉很嫩滑,值得一試! ^^小菜OK, 唯獨夏天吃會有點熱, 如有冷氣會比較舒適。
