To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情的關係,好多食肆各謀對策,推出多重優惠。南海一號是數一數二貴價飯店,得知下午推出$168任食點心,趁此機會約三五知己去試吓。其實點心並不多選擇,味道卻一般,價錢還末包括茶水和蝦片,計起來一人要二百多元,非常不抵食。食物整體我個人認為燒賣,蝦餃和蘿蔔糕是最好味,其他的好失望。如葡汁雪魚酥,不太酥化,也吃不出魚味。麻婆豆腐太不正宗,完全沒有辣味.....漏單情況嚴重,服務一般,催促結賬,一點也不享受。
