To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食味比差嘅好,汁得個辣字唔香,鹹甜味又唔到!油麵,幼麵都唔係好透 ! 可能好生意得濟,不過呢d個人喜好啦 ,可能就一就有點客愛生點要熟就自己浸下,冬菇都有少少鹽水未入到嘅!山根淋過濃而無味,魚旦揀嘅供應商都可以啦!白卜就有料到,都加好肯比糖打味落去!韭菜餃個內涵又唔係好充實, 皮就厚!通菜腐乳汁鹹味蓋過腐乳香!不過又唔難食,我個人自己口味就覺得比一般嘅好dd,比差嘅就好多點點,可能名氣過大,價錢高檔,令到我對佢充滿憧憬,但始終無乜轉變,係個marketing 嘅思維就上得下,唔係應該都…………十幾廿年嚟,因為就腳,同大姑奶戀辣,加埋都食咗十次八次嘅,不過以前都多係食腸粉,因為腸粉d 醬汁唔臭就好食!,呢d車仔麵檔服務又唔可以有咩嘢要求,我就食又得,唔食又無損失,行過唔使等位都可,要等我自己就認為唔值得。對元朗人,就會多咗幾分老舖感情分。
