之前去新加坡旅行,起當地食過黑胡椒蟹相當回味,返香港之後一直想住黑胡椒蟹既味道,知道沙爹軒依度有得食,就星期六駕車入嚟黃金海岸酒店開餐。398蚊一隻黑胡椒蟹都唔算太貴,而煮法就係用焗,有別於起新加坡當地既食法。隻蟹份量尚算大隻,可惜肉蟹不算太過新鮮,蟹肉黏住蟹殼,真係好一般好失望。另外叫的喇沙有辣度之分,叫左中辣,但個喇沙湯底只嘗到辣味,其餘香味不足,亦唔夠濃郁,都係一般既貨仔,唔洗千里迢迢嚟依度食。
