To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屯門黃金海岸商場每逢假日很多時也會舉辦特別活動,今次的主題是「小車手遊樂園」,特意和家中小鬼趁五一假期走一趟。 在玩樂之前,先到黃金海岸酒店的沙嗲軒享用一頓豐富星洲午餐。憑消費單據可到商場的客戶服務部免費換取 5 張遊戲卷。 作為酒店餐廳,沙嗲軒的用餐環境富保證,裝潢時尚光猛。 飯餐以三碟香口小吃作頭盤。酸甜香脆炸蝦餅賣相金黃,外脆內彈。蒜蓉多士同樣做得香脆,製作惹味。串燒沙嗲豬口感鬆軟,肉味濃,並帶微微焦香。沙嗲醬以花生味道最為出眾,十分可口,難怪能成為招牌菜之一。 肉骨茶是筆者喜愛的星洲美食之一,取其芳郁的藥材香氣及微微回甘韻味。這碗肉骨茶的味道正合筆者心意,唯一美中不足的地方是肉排炆煮得過久,有欠軟腍。 招牌海南雞是餐廳的另一名菜,碰巧昨日在西沙茶座享用了一樣的菜式,有了比較。論賣相,沙嗲軒的海南雞確實稍勝一籌;論味道,則以西沙茶座的海南雞較細滑及鮮香。 星洲蘿蔔糕的亮點落在醬料之上,味道甜香可口,酷愛大量蛋絲的投入。相比一般蘿蔔糕,這碟蘿蔔糕的質感較腍身,似蒸蘿蔔糕多一點。 福建蝦湯麵是餐廳的另一推介,橙色的蝦湯味道確實不俗,但礙於油麵一向不是筆者的心頭好,難取高分!原個菠蘿海鮮飯以鮮蝦、青口、魷魚等海鮮入饌,飯品出品略淡及濕身,水準只屬普通。 首次到訪沙嗲軒,整體給予筆者不俗的印象。精緻的食物,光鮮的環境,切合星洲予人陽光的氣息。 [1/5/2017; Mon] ******************************優惠情報:假日午市沒有任何信用卡優惠,但可儲 Asiamiles 飛行里數。 ******************************泊車情報:消費滿 $500 可享免費代客泊車兩小時,其後 $40/小時。 ****************************** continue reading

Follow my culinary journey on insta @luna_vonaSatay Inn is a casual restaurant located at the Gold Coast Hotel, serving Singaporean cuisine. I ordered two dishes1) The Laksa has a flavourful, bold and creamy soup base. Upon ordering, I was given the choice between three levels of spiciness (mild, authentic and spicy). I chose authentic, which, for my tastebuds, was on the rather mild side. So if you’re a fan of hot food, I suggest you go with the spicy variation. My only dislike for this dish was that there wasn’t enough of soup. I really enjoy slurping on each spoon of noodles with a good soup base, but was left with not enough soup towards the bottom of the bowl.(2) The Sambal Kang Kung was as expected - Yet again, rather on the mild side for me.Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a casual meal. In terms of flavours, it certainly isn’t the best Singaporean/ Malay cuisine I’ve tasted in HK, but it offers a comfortable and clean setting with efficient and quick service. 我覺得黃金海岸既buffet真係好正,款式好多,唔係行高檔路線,但反而食物平民d先容易簡到野食,因為d食物太高檔精美往往都唔岩口味同埋選擇少😂。我覺得熱盤同魚生係麻麻地,唔太新鮮,但室外有幾檔即整燒烤檔,好有特色,又有即炸天婦羅。我認為全場亮點絕對係蟹腳、macaroon同埋haggan-dazs雪糕,次次去都瘋狂食蟹腳,有海水味嫁😍仲好大隻,另外仲有一杯好飲既菠蘿沙冰送🍍兩個人或以上去,生日果位免費😁🎂印象中星期六日假期會有外國人係度唱歌 continue reading

本來預約琴晚1800在沙嗲軒 dinner,但1645入到黃金海岸想係公眾停車場泊車後去海灘玩下,但停車場超 full,於是skip 咗海灘環節,直踩去酒店。只要消費滿 $600,就有2 hrs free parking (代客泊車),之後每小時收 $50。入到酒店,直往沙嗲軒,睇下1700有冇 early dinner 食。竟然有喎~~用餐空間幾鬆動,看著椰樹後的夕陽又真係幾正~~咁我地5大2小叫咗8款食物 :1) 1打串燒豬+雞 : 沾肉吃的花生醬料好味,肉就“鞋”咗d2) 加多加多沙律 : 同1款醬料,所以啱我,份量勁精緻,我地連椰青器皿內的椰肉也不放過3) 福建炒麵 : 哈。。。我覺得似1人份量。於是我地抱著少吃多滋味,嘗嘗吧~~味道普通,不過不失4) 菠蘿炒飯 : 我地好小心分飯,怕倒瀉就嘥晒,會5夠食。呢個炒飯d 料都ok,有蝦、魷魚、青口5) 半隻海南雞 : 果3款醬料都調得幾好,雞都滑 6) 薑麻飄香雞 : 茨汁幾香濃,但5識講係咩味,但雞就無海南雞咁滑7) 拼盤 : 有蝦丸、豬頸肉、鳳爪、軟殼蟹8) 牛油雞翼 : 竟然有8隻。。。。當初我地估呢度份量咁精緻,會否得4隻。我覺得烹調過咗火,所以無牛油香及5夠 juicy呢度服務真係5錯,員工幾醒目又勤快架~~飽5飽。。。還可以。。。。不是飽滿的狀態,哈~~~當減肥~~用中銀咭有8折,埋單 $1,090 continue reading

其實係香港比較少專門食新加坡野既餐廳.但我又鍾意飲肉骨茶WO..所以見到原來黃金海岸(酒店入面)你有一間專門食新加坡野既.甘就不如去試下啦....當然,入得黃金海岸,當然去行下海灘啦....好講返間餐廳先.服務都算OK. 食物味道都唔錯, 價錢如果用酒店黎講算平TIM..但服務同食物都係似酒餐廳多個似"酒店餐廳"D 伺應算幾好架啦.環境都算唔錯.但可能今日有一班家庭客,所以比較吵啦...不過講真..我對個肉骨茶有小小失望,,,唔係話好難飲.但係未去到酒店水平既感覺LO..不過其實我都未試過係酒店飲肉骨茶,可能就係甘架呢...睇黎.. 想飲肉骨菜最好都係去返新加坡 continue reading
