To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有個朋友去英國返嚟,心心念念地想食點心,小編當然帶佢去一間充滿着香港本土口味嘅小店。👍🏻雞絲涼皮份量唔算多,但係勝在都幾精緻,涼皮滑捋捋,有少少彈性,麻醬夠濃郁。👍🏻乳鴿乳鴿燒到皮脆肉嫩,雖然size就細細隻,但係兩個人食就剛剛好 餐廳更加會配上即棄手套同埋粗鹽俾你自行調味。👍🏻老乾媽蘿蔔糕一粒粒嘅蘿蔔糕炒得非常香口,加上芽菜同洋蔥帶少少爽口嘅感覺!👍🏻筍尖鮮蝦餃完全有一分錢一分貨嘅感覺,外皮晶瑩剔透,咬落煙靭,裏面嘅蝦肉餡料爽甜!👍🏻睇住流奶小編覺得係必點嘅款式,外型可愛,裏面嘅流心效果做得相當澎湃,而且蛋黃味出色帶有少少顆粒嘅感覺,記住趁熱品嚐!👍🏻鳳梨咕嚕肉 炸粉嘅處理拿捏得剛剛好,食落肉質都幾爽嫩,旁邊嘅菠蘿亦都經過火炙,食落幾鮮甜!💡每一款點心都無添加味精,而且係用上天然菜汁作為調色!
