正宗的白松露在Sabatin 意大利餐廳找到,這餐廳只有羅馬和香港兩間,我趁著老公的生日做藉口,一於試下矜貴的白松露。餐廳裝修得很優雅,很有意大利的感覺。服務員遞上三張餐牌,其實我們一早已諗定食時下的Tasting menu, 服務員話Tasting menu大概兩個月轉一次,這期共有七樣食物。其中意大利麵和雪糕都有白松露。第一樣菜,小龍蝦伴野菌黑松露 - 小龍蝦非常鮮味,野菌味濃郁第二,牛肝菌濃湯配芝士曲奇,湯上面是像cappuccino的泡沫,非常特別第三,意大利麵配白松露 - 服務員在意大利麵上磨了三克的白松露,意大利麵和白松露非常的夾,好好吃第四,煎鱸魚伴野菌配花膠 - 鱸魚外皮煎得很香脆,但魚肉仍保持嫩滑,汁是用花膠煮出來的,有鮮甜的海鮮味道。第五,慢煮牛肋骨肉黑醋汁 - 這個稍為遜色,牛肋骨肉偏淋,欠缺牛肉的口感第六,白松露雪糕 - 這個雪糕是意想不到的好吃, 雪糕面鋪了白松露,雪糕底有一粒粒的脆餅,超讚第七,加啡/茶和意大利曲奇最後,樂隊為老公獻唱生日歌,給老公帶來了驚喜
