大家應該都知道呢一間餐廳有幾難book位,仲叫我係想book房,所以係早咗兩個月之前訂位🫠其實今次係人身第一次食正正式式Omakase,如果聽蔡欄講以前係嘥錢就真係大獲。Omakase 唔係普通壽司師傅切啲魚生俾你食,原來係一門好高深嘅學問,上至挑選新鮮食材,下至刀功事前準備同攞盤,都真係好值得細細欣賞。因為我哋另外有叫清酒,所以都有準備冰壺比我地,另外仲要好細心咁樣,有九隻清酒杯俾我哋選擇🤤好有儀式感😌至於有啲咩新鮮刺身同壽司 :

因為我哋另外有叫清酒,所以都有準備冰壺比我地,另外仲要好細心咁樣,有九隻清酒杯俾我哋選擇🤤好有儀式感😌
