因為老公喜愛拉麵,結婚後大大細細拉麵店食過好多間,但以牛骨熬湯的拉麵店真係第一次!尖沙嘴呢間一盛極牛,長期有人排隊,我地去到就見到舖頭前有條龍!其實牛骨拉麵的成本好高,牛骨貴豬骨好多倍,所以個湯底係重點,我地否想食牛骨湯底原味,所以無點白松露味的白牛,選擇左極牛拉麵!好多選擇重點來了佢哋驚有肉肉香港再方法食,第一種係刺身,第二種係火灸!我自己就鍾意第二種口味,因為用火槍燒過嘅牛,將油脂迫左出嚟,食落去特別甘香!拉麵外觀,未必好似傳統連鎖拉麵店擺盤好靚,但係佢個湯底真係一流,佢將湯底分濃及普通比客人選擇,我鍾意清淡,所以選擇普通湯底,我老公鍾意食濃尾嘅嘢,所以選擇濃湯!雖然肉眼睇唔出分別,但係濃尾啲湯底有少少回甘,比較厚身,食完一碗拉麵之後,個嘴有粘着的效果 咁拉麵方面,佢嘅原因程度適中,而且面積吸入好多湯底,食起上嚟滋味

其實牛骨拉麵的成本好高,牛骨貴豬骨好多倍,所以個湯底係重點,我地否想食牛骨湯底原味,所以無點白松露味的白牛,選擇左極牛拉麵!
