同班朋友補食生日飯,所以揀間大魚大肉,又可以飲酒大聲喧鬧嘅地方,今次又返返嚟「愛文生」。沙薑雞(半隻)沙薑味好重,不過雞肉質地鞋鞋地。都明白嘅 ,重點喺食個沙薑味,而唔喺食肉質。但喺雞肉唔會一大pat雞油,所以唔怕油膩。桂林炒生腸呢碟超好食,對於鍾意食內臟嘅朋友嚟講,呢碟真喺超好食。又有辣味,又脆口,同埋夠新鮮無霉口感。豉椒炒峴因為無晒蟶子,所以就叫咗炒峴。同預期所諗一椒,殼多過肉,殼肉比例唔喺1:1。椒鹽雞軟骨如果有飲酒,強烈推薦大家叫嚟送酒,因為喺新鮮炸起,每一粒都好大粒,粒粒都有肉。椒鹽味夠重手,每一啖都好香口。椒鹽鴨舌呢碟我個人就認為比起椒鹽雞軟骨更好食,因為有陣滷水味。但同行飯友就認為有陣膻味,可能喺鴨膻味嚟。

桂林炒生腸
呢碟超好食,對於鍾意食內臟嘅朋友嚟講,呢碟真喺超好食。又有辣味,又脆口,同埋夠新鮮無霉口感。

因為無晒蟶子,所以就叫咗炒峴。同預期所諗一椒,殼多過肉,殼肉比例唔喺1:1。
