To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去尖沙咀行街,趁住天氣仲涼涼哋,把握打邊爐嘅季節,見到好耐都冇食雞煲,朋友就帶咗我去咗一間尖沙咀人氣好高嘅雞煲🐓烤魚🐟店,滿足晒我2個願望🥰店舖地點優越,位於金馬倫道,一上樓就香味撲鼻而來,雖然是閑日,但末到7點晚餐時間,舖頭已座無虛席。我哋點咗半隻麻辣雞煲,辣🔥度同麻度都可自己選擇,雞煲濃郁煮得入味且雞件嫩滑,每一口雞件都掛滿汁,配埋裏面嘅洋蔥又濃又甜,層次感十足,讓人忍不住一口接一口。食得雞煲梗係唔會放過用咁惹味嘅雞汁去打邊爐啦!我哋另外仲點左幾款嘅配菜用嚟滾:豆皮 $30土豆🥔$ 36寬粉$ 36食雞煲吸收濃湯精華配搭之選點少得🤗安格斯肥牛$168牛味香濃,稍微肥美了點炸午餐肉粒$ 68外面炸到脆卜卜,鹹鹹脆脆好滋味。最後配埋兩杯夠晒Flash嘅飲品,檸檬可樂同埋草莓荔枝梳打,又解渴,令整餐畫上完美的句號。
