To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日是星期六,下午一點多到了,要在門外等位,大概15分鐘就可以入座。我們點了招牌蝦多士、奶黃西多士、排骨蒸飯、鴛鴦燒賣和一杯凍奶茶。兩款點心沒有特別,味道不過不失,當然想食點心還是到酒樓會更加滿足。至於這家店的招牌就是多士,兩款多士我覺得可以一嚐,但沒有期望中這麼出色。兩款都是炸多士,老實算真的有點滯,多些人分,每人嚐一小口會比較好。蝦多士的餡是豐富的,但其中一面是佈滿白芝麻,個人認為芝麻味不算突出,食落有點似煎堆,但整體味道較淡,普普通通。我還是比較喜歡傳統的西多士配糖槳,流沙奶黃還是中式包點的好味,流沙奶黃有點過甜,西多士又有點油,兩者配搭起來就有點滯了。奶茶值得一讚是叫了少甜少冰真的有做到,但當然還是茶記冰室的比較出色。整體而言,這家店有茶餐廳元素,也有港式點心,兩者的食物也沒有很出色,但想一次過食到這兩種食物,也可以到這裡試一試,但我想,我下次還是會到茶餐廳或酒樓
