To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去食嘅係松葉蟹宮崎和牛放題brunch 松葉蟹,冇問題,宮崎牛,以冷盤嘅形式出現, 和牛凍食,大概可以想像應該唔係太過吸或好味,只係叫咗一客,就冇再食。另外, 送上一個和牛壽喜燒,味道太甜,所以只係食咗一口就沒有再去。(可能我係大鄉里,咁呢個只係我食唔慣)魚生,是甜美的,新鮮。但係種類選擇少,應該唔會多個五款。其餘食物嘅選擇,非常少,當然睇吓你同邊個比較,但係同所有呢個價位放題比較,佢都係好少。餐廳嘅服務員,九成係好有禮貌。但係你睇得出,佢哋唔係高質,訓練亦都有問題。例子一,佢攞枝豆俾你嘅時候,另外會附上一個器皿,俾你盛截枝豆嘅皮。但係,會擺到兩個萬丈遠,而且幾次都係咁,可見得佢哋係有位置就放,唔會細心啲,將佢哋擺埋一齊例子二,上甜品嘅時候,由於甜品碟係非常之巨大,服務員,並無將枱上已經食完嘅食物及器皿收走,而係就咁硬攝一個位置放低甜品碟。最搞笑嘅係,甜品差唔多已經食完,仲有大概半個鐘就要關門嘅時候,店員先至會同你清理枱上面嘅器皿。例子三,有一個楊貴妃身形嘅女服務員,溫馨提示我就嚟截單,仲有冇嘢要叫,我見距離截單嘅時間仲有至少45分鐘,所以話遲啲先,佢反射性馬上反白眼。我特別記得佢㗎,

魚生,是甜美的,新鮮。但係種類選擇少,應該唔會多個五款。

其餘食物嘅選擇,非常少,當然睇吓你同邊個比較,但係同所有呢個價位放題比較,佢都係好少。

例子三,松葉蟹係比較長,服務員攞嚟俾我哋嘅時候,就咁放低一碟松葉蟹,佢冇諗過放多隻碟,俾我放殼,後來開聲要嘅時候,佢比一個CD 咁大嘅碟,啲長腳蟹,松葉蟹,隻腳好長㗎嘛,咁咪會伸展晒出嚟囉, CD咁大嘅碟,如何盛?

講返環境,係的確闊落,兩個人,但係坐四人枱,

但唔會介紹俾朋友,自己亦都唔會再去,寧願去附近嘅碗屋,雖然地方係迫啲,嘈啲,但係食物質素多好多,都幾好食,啲店員雖然唔會對你笑,但其實有效率亦都deliver 到,我去咗碗屋,至少20年,好多店員都係同一批,證明餐廳嘅管理同老闆對佢哋應該唔錯。
