To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興新開張時,我同家人已經去試過佢嘅下午茶,已經感覺味道麻麻…今日同家人打算試下太興早餐,試下早餐會唔會好啲……9:40去到唔洗等位就入得真係開心,但當9:50叫完餐,等到10:05黎到三杯熱cuppaccino,點知杯cuppaccino只係微暖……我地嘅食物等到10:15先黎左一樣,遲黎唔緊要,但我地都諗住啲食物要整咁耐,應該會係熱,黎到原來得塊雞扒係微暖,個多士係凍,雞扒上嘅黑椒汁都唔暖,個汁變到好似啫喱狀。香草腸嘅長度和粗幼好似中指嘅size,而且塊雞扒細塊得驚人,只有兩盒小牛油嘅大細,個人認為個餐唔值$32。另外,服務態度麻麻,人手又不足。想搵人點餐都要舉高隻手等成5分鐘先有人黎,仲要一嚟就叫我靚姐,但我宜家唔係去左街市買餸,請你對人稱呼尊重啲,叫小姐或先生都得。10:15催佢有三個雞扒餐未黎,佢上左一個黎,我地諗住佢會繼續上埋另外兩個,點知,佢要我地逐個餐催,先至逐個餐上。個經理仲話佢頭先未睇清楚張單,咁我地第一次催佢有三個餐未黎時,佢就應該睇清楚先,搞到好似我地唔諒解佢… 我地唔會再去依間太興食,食物又唔值,又受氣
