To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 杏花邨商場好多店選擇，今次試吓連鎖店太興，食客唔算多，在近收銀處坐低咗，隔咗一陣才有待應過來問幾位及派水杯，見到有QR code放咗係枱面，自覺地掃QR code落單，茶記唔會高期望好好食，食物送上來時是暖的，剛好飽福。食完後叫起奶茶等飲品，待應沒有反應（好似唔知我哋做咩），但最終飲品都上咗。眼見有人叫待應幫忙落餐D待應個様好唔願意咁。唔知係咪電子化落單後D待應慣咗唔使做，久而久之好似煩到佢咁。其實，店靜時服務更加要好D才有食客回頭光顧呀。待應可以主動d，有待改善。

之前外賣星洲炒米，個份量仲少過下午茶，啲急凍蝦仁又有宿味。今日諗住再俾多次機會佢，中午去食燒腩仔拼燒鵝加冰鎮奶茶，$113。啲燒腩仔一啲都唔似燒腩仔，皮冇爆開，好硬，燒鵝又凍嘅好似隔夜咁…..冇下次了

平時都有食開太興嘅燒鵝，一直都唔錯，今次冇睇到原來杏花邨分店負評咁多，就係呢度買左半隻燒鵝，衰就衰在我冇自己揀，俾完錢師傅就斬完，拎番屋企先發現隻燒鵝咁黑，一啲光澤都冇，咁大嘅集團連品質控制都唔做下，真係好失望，仲要隻燒鵝唔平都要$240半隻，做得仲差過街邊啲小店，食完真係一肚氣😡😡😡，燒鵝叫做有啲煙熏味，但係鵝身偏細，肉都較少，食燒鵝我最鍾意係食層皮，但今次完全食唔落口，所以對太興完全失望😤😤（圖中已食左兩嚿鵝髀位置嘅肉，之後忍唔住要寫食評而影相😤😤）賣咁貴但俾啲咁嘅質素嘅燒味俾個客真係有啲過份，希望太興真係要做好QC，如果唔係落再多廣告都係徒然🥸

唔知係咪而家經濟復甦, 飲食業好難請到人, 顧客係要承受一啲好惡劣好粗魯嘅服務態度？？去過唔同嘅太興餐廳, 佢哋統一服務質素-- 都係屬於差！杏花村呢間太興當然主要係做街坊生意, 顧客就絕對正正常常, 侍應甚至主管就非常騎呢！！今朝去食早餐, 喺門口素安心出口同埋量體溫, 然後就企喺度等侍應帶圍入座, 有個肥侍應喺外面入嚟, 一嘢撞到我好痛, 然後佢個眼神不懷好意咁, 雖然口裏面就有道歉. 佢畀我嘅感覺係好話我阻住條路, 所以特登大力撞我. 我就走返埋佢佢嗰度撞番佢囉, 佢竟然有反應喎, 又話我癡線又話我特登撞佢喎！！！一路係咁同其他職員喺度鬧喎.攞咗個侍應個名（佢仲好大方畀個名牌我睇添, 一啲都唔驚）之後投訴佢主管（無Q用）, 跟住再打電話去公司, 咁就見佢開始驚啦, 收聲啦.所有侍應對顧客講嘢都係粗粗魯魯晦晦氣氣, 知道我唔好惹, 就特別對我好聲氣.呢啲咁樣嘅工作同服務態度, 好明顯係冇王管嘅結果！！！太興出品嘅食物質素ok嘅, 不過呢間杏花邨嘅太興我應該唔會再幫襯！！

Yesterday we had family gathering at home. I would like to buy some BBQ stuff from Tai Hong. I had phoned to the shop and make sure to have the newly arrival food. I used almost $450 (after discount for taking away) to purchase 1 chicken and 2 portions of Belly Pork. The chicken is in general but the skin of the BBQ Pork is totally not crispy. Last time, I found the quality of general food of the restaurant is decreasing for dining in. Now I have no more confidence for the qualities in this restaurant.
