To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近去了一間叫「一杯鐵板燒居酒屋」的日式餐廳,整體感覺很不錯,值得一推。餐廳的裝修簡單舒服,有點像日本的小居酒屋,氣氛很好。這次點了幾道菜,其中印象最深的是日式秋刀魚刺身。這是第一次試秋刀魚刺身,魚肉切得很新鮮,口感細膩,吃完刺身後,店員還把剩下的魚骨拿去油炸,香脆可口,非常有趣又實在。和牛鐵板炒飯也很好吃,炒飯粒粒分明,帶著和牛的香氣,吃起來特別滿足。另外,日本海膽讓人驚喜,味道很鮮甜,完全沒有腥味。還有和牛並燒帶子,牛肉嫩滑,帶子也很新鮮,兩種食材搭配得剛剛好。石鍋鯛魚湯是很暖心的一道菜,湯底濃郁但不膩,喝起來很舒服。最後要提的是左口魚壽司,魚肉油脂剛好,入口即化,讓人回味。這裡的服務也值得一提,店員很細心,會幫忙介紹菜式,整體感覺很周到。不論是食物還是氛圍,都有一種去了日本旅行的感覺。用心經營的餐廳,食物新鮮有誠意,服務也很好。喜歡日式料理的你,這間餐廳應該會讓你滿意。
